Sales Specialist
Job Summary |
As a Sales Specialist at KARREEB, you will be responsible for driving new business and increasing sales in the UK market. This position requires a dynamic, target-driven individual to engage prospects, nurture relationships, and close deals, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. |
Key Responsibilities |
1. Generate and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
2. Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. 4. Deliver presentations to prospective clients and manage negotiations to close deals. 5. Prepare proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. 8. Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor and/or required by the business. |
Essential Job Requirements |

Education | Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent work experience). | |
Experience | 2 years sales experience in a B2B/B2C environment with Bachelor’s degree or above.
3 years Sales experience in a B2B/B2C environment without Bachelor’s degree. |

Others | · Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. · Knowledge of UK sales regulations and consumer protection laws. · UK Driving License required due to travel for business purposes. |
