Job Summary
As a Systems Analyst at KARREEB, you will be responsible for the administration, development, and maintenance of KARREEB’s IT infrastructure, including ERP systems and web platforms. You will provide technical support and ensure system efficiency, security, and functionality to meet the company’s business needs.
Key Responsibilities
1.      Manage and optimize KARREEB’s ERP systems, website, and all accounts/systems.

2.      Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP, website, and accounting software.

3.      Collaborate with business units to understand their IT needs and implement effective solutions.

4.      Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection standards (including GDPR).

5.      Maintain, test, and update software systems.

6.      Provide support and training to internal users for IT systems.

7.      Prepare regular reports on system performance and recommend improvements.

8.      Oversee system upgrades and coordinate with external vendors as necessary.

9.      Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor and/or required by the business.

Essential Job Requirements
Education Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
Experience Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Certification N/A??????
Others Familiarity with IT regulations, cybersecurity standards, and GDPR compliance.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Knowledge of UK marketing laws and compliance, including GDPR.

UK Driving License required due to travel for business purposes.
