Sales Executive
đ Role Overview:
As our Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of our brand for wholesale clients, boutique partners, and individual customers. You’ll focus on driving revenue by building relationships, closing sales, and identifying new market opportunities both online and offline.
đŒ Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach new B2B clients, including lifestyle stores, gift shops, and eco-conscious retailers
Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts
Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and follow through to closing
Participate in pop-up events, trade fairs, and exhibitions
Coordinate with logistics and marketing teams for smooth order fulfillment
Provide feedback from clients to help improve products and services
â Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, ideally in the lifestyle, home décor, or artisanal product space
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven with the ability to meet sales targets
Familiarity with CRM systems and online sales tools
A strong understanding of customer service and product value communication
Passion for design, craftsmanship, and eco-friendly living
